Airline Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Requests

To cancel your ticket, please note the following:

  • Timeline : Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure.

  • Method : All cancellation requests will only be accepted via phone call.

Refund Policy

Here are the key points about our refund policy:

  • Non-Refundable Tickets : All airline tickets are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of booking unless otherwise stated by the airline or in the booking confirmation email.

  • Exceptions : No refunds will be processed in cases of delay in check-in, no-show, overbooking, strike, force majeure, or other causes beyond our control or that of the airline.

  • Airline Approval : Refunds are subject to airline approval and processing. We will process refunds or waivers only if approved by the airline.

Refund Processing

Please note the following about refund processing:

  • Acknowledgment : Acknowledgement of cancellation or refund requests does not guarantee approval or processing.

  • Timeline : Refund processing may take 60-90 days from the initial request.

  • Payment Method : Refunds will be disbursed to the original payment method.

Fees

The following fees apply:

  • Post-Ticketing Services Fee : In addition to airline charges and penalties, we will levy a post- ticketing services fee, as applicable.

  • Refund Fees : Refund fees are charged per passenger, per ticket. These fees will only be assessed if a refund has been authorized by the airline or a waiver has been received.

Consumer Disclosure

Please be aware of the following:

  • Refund Delays : We are not responsible for any delay in refund processing caused by the airline.

  • Service Fee Refund : We will refund our post-ticketing service fees if the airline denies the refund.

  • Email Validation : We require email validation of cancellation or refund requests.
